NEW YORK, Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Connors Communications, a strategic PR and marketing agency specializing in consumer technology, today announced the appointments of Kevin Ota as Vice President and Michael Levin as Vice President, Interactive. Ota will lead the media practice of Connors while Levin will oversee the interactive practice, a division that has cemented Connors as an industry leader in search engine marketing (SEM).

Kevin brings his 16 years of experience in technology, consumer, corporate and non-profit marketing communications to the company. Prior to joining Connors, Kevin served as Vice President at Blanc & Otus Public Relations, the technology subsidiary of Hill & Knowlton. While at Blanc & Otus, Kevin was a one of the core group of individuals that founded the Mountain View, California office in 1998, where he led teams that launched some of Silicon Valley's top technology companies and products including TiVo, Hotwire, Ofoto, RocketCash, and Magellan Systems, as well as more established corporations, such as Motorola and Xerox.
Before joining Connors, Levin served as Director of eBusiness for Scala Multimedia Software, where he turned the company Website into a worldwide lead-generating mechanism used by hundreds of Value Added Resellers around the world, and thousands of prospective customers. Levin also constructed and developed the company's enterprise software, including Order Management and Website Content Management systems.
